Mulligan Limited was formed in April 2006 to advise and help both users of road transport and road haulage companies.

Since its inception Mulligan has helped companies in many sectors of industry with a variety of problems. Each project is different and receives the personal attention of Jon Reyner, managing director.

Jon has 30 years experience in Haulage and will give a very personal examination of each situation. We will then present an evaluation and discuss the possible solutions available before either party commits to a project.
